Dr. Beth Coke is a licensed psychologist in the states of California, Colorado and Idaho. She has been working in the field of mental health for 6 years and spent over 10 years in social work. Her experience has been primarily in treating people with moderate to severe persistent mental health issues.

She works to help people understand mental health topics. She works to help people develop and grow into the people they are created to be. She works with people from all backgrounds and takes a non-judgmental honest approach to supporting people on their journey. 

Dr. Beth is intensively trained in DBT through Behavior Tech and co-facilitates the DBT skills group as well as offers comprehensive DBT treatment. Alexandra Pluta, MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LAC, DBT-LBC

Alexandra Pluta has 8+ years of experience treating people with moderate-to-severe, persistent mental health and substance use disorders.

She takes a behavioral therapy approach to meeting the needs of her clients in order to best support and help them achieve their personalized goals. Alexandra is ready to help you build a life worth living.

Alexandra is a DBT- Linehan Board of Certicifation Certified Clinician and co-facilitates the DBT skills group as well as offers comprehensive DBT treatment. She provides telehealth therapy services to those who reside in the state of California, Colorado, Oregon and Massachusetts

Dr. Robert Salomonson, Licensed Psychologist

Dr. Robert Salomonson, or Dr. S as he is known by those he works with spent decades of his career as a coach and educator. He went back to school and started his second career as a clinical psychologist. He has been working as a psychologist for more than 6 years.

His approach integrates humanistic principles with psychodynamic techniques, emphasizing the patient’s potential for growth and self-discovery. Together, they explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through open, compassionate dialogue, they uncover insights that empower the patient to navigate challenges with resilience. He firmly believes meaningful change is possible and expected as they work toward the patient’s personal goals and overall well-being.

Megan Castillo, MA PsyD Practicum Student

Megan Castillo is a dedicated PsyD practicum student from The Chicago School. She is a certified trainer in wellness recovery action planning (WRAP), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and life skills development. With seven years of hands-on experience in forensic mental health, Megan has cultivated a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and clinical interventions, working closely with diverse populations to promote mental wellness and resilience.

During her tenure as a Behavioral Health Specialist II in forensic settings, Megan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health issues within the legal system. She has honed her skills in assessing client needs, implementing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Passionate about empowering individuals through skill-building and therapeutic support, she integrates evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach to foster meaningful change. She is dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development, striving to make a meaningful impact in the field of psychology.

Jacqueline D. Escoto, M.S. Registered Psychological Associate

True healing begins when individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Jacqueline works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, and burnout. Many of the clients she supports come to therapy feeling discouraged by past experiences that did not lead to meaningful or lasting change. Her approach is rooted in compassionate, personalized care designed to help clients gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Her work is grounded in brain science and the power of human connection. As a Doctoral Candidate in Performance Psychology and a Clinical Brain Health Practitioner, Jacqueline integrates research-backed strategies to identify underlying patterns, address root causes, and support sustainable change. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages, particularly those navigating ADHD, autism, emotional or behavioral challenges, and relationship difficulties, develop greater self-understanding, strengthen connections, and create balance and confidence in everyday life.

Jacqueline provides telehealth therapy services to those who reside in the state of California at a cash pay rate of $150 and accepts Aetna, Optum plans, Anthem Medi-Cal and regular Medi-Cal.

Student Intern

Jennifer is a student intern currently completing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has several years of experience working with children ages 4 and up and has dedicated her internship to supporting children who have experienced trauma.

Jennifer takes a person-centered approach to counseling, focusing on creating a safe, supportive environment where each individual feels heard, valued, and empowered in their personal growth. In her work with children, she incorporates play therapy techniques, recognizing that play provides a natural and developmentally appropriate way for children to express themselves, process emotions, and build a sense of safety and confidence.

Jennifer is passionate about helping children and families navigate challenges and develop the tools they need to thrive. She currently offers both telehealth and in-person appointments in Visalia, California.
