A Women’s Life Transition Group provides a supportive environment for women facing significant life changes, such as divorce, career shifts, and motherhood. Participants can connect, share experiences, and learn coping skills to manage related stress. The group meets virtually on Mondays from 6pm-7:30pm PST, starting March 16th, for a fee of $30.

Kinship caregiver support groups offer a safe space for caregivers, like grandparents or friends, raising children outside their biological parents’ care. Participants can share experiences, gain resources, and focus on self-care. Meetings are free, held virtually on Tuesdays at 6 PM PST, starting March 17th, with an interest form required.
